I know that bugs.adobe.com/jira is near end of life, but I'm not sure about
bugbase.adobe.com. I didn't see any notice when I went there, but I might be
getting a different view since I'm an Adobe employee. I think you file ASC2.0
bugs against the Flash or AIR Runtimes.
Response time on any bug base varies. I just happened to notice this one.
