To be honest, 'postcode' isn't really German. ;-) Why don't you use
Postleitzahl?
I would prefer:
invalidCharPostcodeError=Die Postleitzahl enthält ungültige Zeichen.
wrongLengthPostcodeError=Die Postleitzahl hat die falsche Länge.
wrongFormatPostcodeError=Die Postleitzahl hat das falsche Format.
