Well, FlexJSOverlay is a first attempt to put everything together into an "SDK". When I started on that, there were compc.jar and mxmlc.jar files in both compiler and compiler.js, so I made a js/lib folder and put FalconJS in there and then altered the classpath to find the regular lib folder.
I'm open to ideas on how to reconfigure things.
