I've checked in the changes to the installer that would let us track a
successful installation.  The page
flex.apache.org/track-installer.htmlwould be loaded when the
installation finishes successfully.  This change
should go out with the installer's next release.

If this does not work the way we want, we can go the route of the GA swc
file.  Licensing, build scripts etc. needs to be looked at in that case.
