Looks great!! Minor detail: Wouldn't it be a little tighter if the borders around "licensing", "desktop Applications" etc on the index page all had the same height?
Align the content top-down as it is, but put the "read me" button on the bottom, so all read-me buttons are visually next to each other. No?
