One of the easiest ways to enable tracking statistics on our website would be
to use Google Analytics. If the Flex PMC agrees, this would be the steps.
Things to do:
1. Enable GA on flex.apache.org
2. Make stats available to Flex PMC
3. Share GA credentials to Flex PMC
4. Add a privacy-policy page to flex.apache.org a la
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/privacy-policy.html
5. Include a link to the opt out plug in:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
