I just realized you are talking about Adobe Flex 3.0.  You'll need to talk to 
Adobe about that version of Flex.  The Flex 3 code base was not brought to 
Apache.  If the bug still exists in Apache Flex 4.9 then you may get someone 
here interested in fixing it for a future version of Apache Flex.
