The only examples I could find are these but I don't think they include what you're looking for: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/opensource/tlf/textlayout_examples_07240 9.zip I did find the TLF 2.0 and 2.1 on sourceforge but the example folders were empty just like they are in Apache.
