Om, I have just committed the locale editor code here: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/flex/utilities/trunk/installerLocaleEditor As for my plans for any further Apache Flex contributions: I'll very probably be arguing with Michael Schmalle about a lot of compiler things. I will openly seek out Michael Labriola for disgusting public displays of affection. I will speak ill of the Belgians a lot. And wherever I see the need for helpful utilities such as the locale editor, I'll try to help out as much as possible as well.
