Hello everyone,
... as previously announced, I've created the branch for our upcoming
1.15.0 release. The branch name is "release/1.15.0".
I'm aware of one issue blocking the release (FINERACT-2679
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2679>). I'll plan on
merging develop into release/1.15.0 once the changes for that issue are
on develop. You can continue working and merging PRs into the develop
branch for future releases *as long as those changes are also OK to
include in 1.15.0*. I'd rather avoid cherry-picking so just wait until
after 1.15.0 is released before integrating anything that can't be in
1.15.0.
I started the DRAFT release notes

Please help me by filling in "Summary of changes". Does anyone see
anything else missing?

Now's the time to bring up any other last minute changes/blockers.
I'll initiate the final stage of actually creating the release soon if
nobody objects, and if develop stays release-ready.
