Hi

I am not sure whether there is a step by step guide for that, but like i said
you can start looking into the docker compose files of Fineract (you can find
them in the root directory: https://github.com/apache/fineract) or you can
play a little bit around manually deploy it and give it a test run.

You might found useful guides about how to setup manually with docker:
https://fineract-academy.com/how-to-setup-fineract-with-docker.html and here
are some list about common issues:
https://fineract-academy.com/how-to-fix-common-issues.html

I would say the easiest path to have a running backend is the docker compose
files.

Of course eventually there will be need for some customization and change in
the default configuration, but lets not run ahead… With these informations you
should be able to run the Fineract on your own machine with the default
configuration.

Regards,
Adam
