If there is a Jira ticket referenced in the title of the github PR, and you
click on it, it will take you to the Jira ticket. (linkback in my mind)
It will have the format. FINERACT-{Ticket #}
I would suggest just sending something to the list.... all of the
instances you find in one email. If you go through and find none, then
report that out too.
When reporting this, I think a good practice would be to reference the
Changeset (PR).
This is a quality check on our dev processes.
