It is more confusing than helpful if you forget this metadata is se/t. 
Additionally, how can a bundle know from where it should be updated in every 
scenario in which it is used? It is not the responsibility of the bundle 
developer to make such decisions, this should come externally. You are best off 
using the explicit form of update.
