At least deployment and displaying deployed packages works.
The UI does not look that nice and does not display all available information
yet.
The delete button does nothing as the deployment admin implementation does not
support delete yet.
Apart from that, I tested it in environments with and without the deployment
admin, and it seems to work.
So I think we can close this bug and everything else are enhancements
