Hi Lorenzo,

Currently, we have mouse over [1] events so that you can get noticed when
hovering on a data item. But no event for hovering a line.
If you do have certain requirements, you may consider opening an issue on
GitHub. If you are interested in making a pull request, we would be glad to
guide you on how to do so, and this makes it to be fixed sooner.
