I'm not sure if we are near graduation or not. I've checked The Apache Project Maturity Model [1] and it seems to be near graduation to me. But I think we need mentors' comments on this. As about the status page and the official Website, I think it should be fixed within a month. Please comment if you have other concerns. Thanks! If so, we should probably make echartsjs.com as a mirror site with a clear specification about the main site. If not, we should redirect echartsjs.com to echarts.apache.org.
