The following is the report I'm going to send as ECharts's Incubator board
reports of Feb 2020. Please help review and give advice on it.

I'm not sure if we are near graduation or not. I've checked The Apache
Project Maturity Model [1] and it seems to be near graduation to me. But I
think we need mentors' comments on this.

As about the status page and the official Website, I think it should be
fixed within a month.

Please comment if you have other concerns.
Thanks!

Three most important unfinished issues to address before graduating:
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/February2020#three-most-important-unfinished-issues-to-address-before-graduating-4>

   1. Status page ( https://incubator.apache.org/projects/echarts.html )
   has not been updated and we are going to do this within a month.
   2. Official Website: We have redirected echarts.baidu.com to
   echartsjs.com and put a banner in echartsjs.com stating that the
   official Website is echarts.apache.org but we still need to come to a
   conclusion about whether CDN still has a problem with the access in China.
   If so, we should probably make echartsjs.com as a mirror site with a
   clear specification about the main site. If not, we should redirect
   echartsjs.com to echarts.apache.org.

Are there any issues that the IPMC or ASF Board need to be aware of?

No.
How has the community developed since the last report?
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/February2020#how-has-the-community-developed-since-the-last-report-4>
More people from the community become contributors, either in the form of
answering questions in the issues, fixing the document or making pull
requests with the code. We did more public introduction about the community
and welcome others to contribute and it did show some positive effects
recently.
