[1] is a technical document where you can learn how to make pull requests
and contribute.

If you wish to become a committer of our project, you may refer to Apache
guidelines [2]. Basically speaking, you need to contribute to the project
(including documents, websites, and etc.) for some time, and we PPMC will
discuss your contribution and invite you to become a committer.
