[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release Apache Druid 25.0.0 [RC1]

Hi

The vote on 25.0.0-RC1 has been cancelled as a couple of bugs have been
identified in this release candidate. The bugs have been fixed and
backported. I will start preparing a new RC once the builds are green.
