Disabling CONFIG_RTE_LIBRTE_SECURITY results in build failure for crypto/dpaa2_sec and net/ixgbe PMDs and IPsec sample app. This patchset makes CONFIG_RTE_LIBRTE_SECURITY mandatory for all of the above.
