This RFC is an update for the existing RFC IPSec Inline and look aside crypto offload http://dpdk.org/ml/archives/dev/2017-August/072900.html
It provides a few updates on the general rte_security APIs, adds security ops struct pointer to the net devices, implements the support on the IXGBE PMD and support in the IPsec sample application.
