When bind with uio_pci_generic in XL710, the result is failed.
uio_pci_generic is not supported by XL710.

+ When bind uio_pci_generic, the uio_pci_generic probe device and check the
Interrupt
+ Status bit related feature of NICs , since it is not supported by XL710 so
it return failed.
