I think duplicated messages doesn't make sense. I can remove them. But, I would like to wait a while based on the mails from Jan and Thomas - in case this is expected. As far as I know, only a single 'All rights reserved' is required - probably the lower one got left out in some very early license copy operations and continued unnoticed.
