From: Jun Yang <[email protected]> Rename ccsr_map to memac_map in __fman_if struct for clarity, as it maps the MEMAC register space not generic CCSR. Rename bmi_map to rx_bmi_map to distinguish from TX BMI. Make fman_ccsr_map_fd static as it is only used within fman.c.
