v3: - rebase - rework code for Pydantic - fixed architecture bug for arm - updated doc pages - implemented CLI overrides in Pydantic - changed default behaviour of test suites config field - prefixed the template configuration files with example allowing users to place their own configuration files where the defaults would stay.
