This patchset contains a set of updates for the ice driver, a number of which are in the area of the "rte_tm" APIs for Tx scheduling.
These patches were previously submitted as part of a larger set[1], but separating them out here for easier review and merge ahead of the more substantial changes for scheduling in the last couple of patches in that set.
