Before this patch, the dummy_cb array could hold 1024 entries, so I
wonder if this is enough / what the reason is to go to 256.

Additionnally, should we check
rte_cryptodev_pmd_init_params->max_nb_queue_pairs in
rte_cryptodev_pmd_create() ?
