From: Shai Brandes <shaib...@amazon.com> Rework device uninitialization flow to ensure complete resource cleanup, and lay the groundwork for hot-unplug support. With this change, `ena_destroy_device()` is removed, its functionality now incorporated into `ena_close()`.
