The patch set enables DCB feature on Intel XL710/X710 NICs, including: - Receive queue classification based on traffic class - Round Robin ETS schedule (rx and tx). - Priority flow control To make the testpmd and ethdev lib more generic on DCB feature, this patch set also - adds a new API to get DCB related information on NICs. - changes the DCB test forwarding in testpmd to be on traffic class. - move specific validation from lib and application to drivers. Additionally, this patch set also corrects some coding style issues.
