Do all major distros build DPDK with -Dplatform set to generic?

Hi all,

Is it safe to assume that there is no major Arm Linux distro out there that 
builds DPDK targeting specific SOCs?
In other words, is it safe to assume that Linux distros always build DPDK for 
Arm using -Dplatform=generic?
