By default, only 3 bytes of GRE key will be used for hash or FD calculation. Here adds selecting 3 or 4 bytes of GRE key for those purpose. Note that these patches are based on another patch set of "[PATCH v4 0/2] i40e: RSS/FD granularity configuration"!
