[dpdk-dev] dpdk 2.1.0: 40gig ports link is down

Hey all,

I upgraded from dpdk 1.8.0 to 2.1.0 and now my 40gig ports (rte_i40e_pmd) link 
is down.

Any idea what might be the issue?
