PDCP process is split into 2 parts. One before crypto processing (rte_pdcp_pkt_pre_process()) and one after crypto processing (rte_pdcp_pkt_post_process()). Functionality of pre-process & post-process varies based on the type of entity. Registration of entity specific function pointer allows skipping multiple checks that would come in datapath otherwise.
