This patchset is to add some extended features for dpdk-proc-info. v2->v3: Fix some comments from Stephen. 1. Use --version option for DPDK version and add --firmware-version option to show firmware. 2. Use errors on stderr, not stdout. 3. Delete some unnecessary code.
