I ran into a crash too with 2.0.0.
This seems fixed in (unreleased) latest libabigail.
Sorry about that. We are working towards releasing 2.1 soon, which
should hopefully fix that.
I confirm issue is solved with latest head
(libabigail-2.0-140-gd21dbadddd84).
