This patch fixes the following build failure seen on Ubuntu 16.04
with gcc 5.4.0 because of uninitialized variable:

  examples/pipeline/cli.c:2853:9: error: 'session_id' may be used
    uninitialized in this function [-Werror=maybe-uninitialized]
