We are planning to release large part of the NDK (firmware + software) as open source together with introducing the new FPGA card in Q1 2022. I updated the repo with a short README, which says that content of this repository is being prepared for the publication, but for now there is a latest RPM package for RHEL7 in the Releases section of the Github repo.
