2) Categorize such test cases into: - Owen, Juraj, Lijuan
a) Test cases that can be moved to testpmd without any changes to
testpmd
b) Test cases that can be moved to testpmd with minor changes to testpmd
c) Test cases that cannot be moved to testpmd (such as cryptodev test
cases) with
d) Capture the amount of effort assuming that all these test cases need
to move to testpmd
