The patch series introduce changes for MAC/VLAN filter and VLAN offload features. MAC filter is newly added, VLAN filter is updated to add/delete one static entry in MAC table for each combination of VLAN and MAC address. For VLAN offload features, Fm10k PF/VF does not support QinQ; and VLAN strip and filter are always on.
