This patchset modifies some codes about DCB forwarding configuration. It mainly includes: - fix forward lcores number when DCB test - remove dcb_test - fix a segment fault when dcb test - add check for support of reporting DCB info - move position of verifying DCB test - add forwarding configuration when config DCB - remove redundant fwd streams initialization
