From: Lance Richardson <lance.richard...@broadcom.com> Receive checksum offload status flags in the mbuf ol_flags field should include inner/outer status only when outer checksum offload is enabled, which currently isn't the case for the bnxt PMD. Fix by using a hw-to-ol_flags mapping table that is constructed based on configured offloads.
