[dpdk-dev] Increasing MAX_RX_QUEUE_PER_LCORE value

I don't see any example dpdk apps using a value greater than 16 for
MAX_RX_QUEUE_PER_LCORE. Is there any specific reason (say performance)
why this is set to 16?
