The DPDK-19.11.4-RC1 release was tested with OvS 2.13 and master versions for
the following devices:
ICE
i40e
ixgbe
vHost user client
with the following tests:
1) Performance tests
2) vHost zero-copy
3) Flow control
4) RSS
5) Partial HW offloading
>From the validation side, no issues were seen.
