I see in qemu's vhost-user spec 
(https://www.qemu.org/docs/master/interop/vhost-user.html#protocol-features)
that '36' is used by VHOST_USER_GET_MAX_MEM_SLOTS. And I don't see 
VHOST_USER_PROTOCOL_F_STATUS.
Do I miss something here?

Also, I see in drivers/net/virtio/virtio_pci.h, the status definition is too 
old and does not align with the spec now.
Should we update that one?
