Extend guest channel and sample apps to query CPU frequencies. Please note that these changes depends on (http://patches.dpdk.org/project/dpdk/list/?series=6568) which should be applied first.
This feature is disabled by default, and must be explicitly enabled so that queries from guests are allowed: vmpower> set_query ubuntu3 enable Then the guest can query the set frequency for one or all cores: vmpower(guest)> query_cpu_freq all Frequency of [0] vcore is 2300000.
