[dpdk-dev] dpdk : windows build issue

Hi,

We are evaluating dpdk on windows10 64 bit desktop version ( linux runs fine ). 
Build system is setup on PC, but I see that dpdk is supported on windows server 
2016/2019 only.

Can we run dpdk on windows 10 ?
