Now in cmd_tx_vlan_set_parsed function, we check the vlan_offload capability first, if it's a invalid port we'll get a prompt saying "Error, as QinQ has been enabled.". So we should always make sure that we get a valid port_id first before we check other information. It's the same problem for cmd_tx_vlan_set_qinq_parsed.
Meanwhile, tx_vlan reset operation is simple enough to be put directly into tx_vlan_set and tx_qinq_set function.
