This sentence needs some editing to remove marketing speak. It is not clear what "long term evolution IP" means when read by a DPDK user. Why not just say that "Hisilcon Network Subsystem (HNS) is used in System On Chip (SOC) devices such as the Kunpeng 920". It is standard practice in technical documents to spell out the meaning of acronyms on first use; then use the acronym there after.
