* New steering flow engine in mlx5 PMD to reach insertion rate of millions of rules per sec * FailSafe secondary process support * Introduce DMA memory mapping APIs for external memory * rte_flow API with mlx5 PMD implementation for TCP SEQ and ACK offloading. * rte_flow API with mlx5 PMD implementation for ICMP ping offloading. * New documentation for device management and devargs string * Complete new devargs syntax implementation for networking devices * Out of the box performance improvements for mlx5 PMD by consolidating several TX functions to single one. * Improve mlx5 and mlx4 PMDs datapath robustness for Tx and Rx errors.
