Hi, the sch_multiq module is present on RHEL8, Fedora 28, 29 and Rawhide, but it's in a subpackage called kernel-modules-extra [1]: "This package provides less commonly used kernel modules for the kernel package." So if you install the kernel-modules-extra subpackage you'll find the sch_multiq module. On RHEL7 you don't need to install the subpackage since it doesn't exists.
