The new release can be downloaded here:

The most important changes are:
- new Kernel Network Interface (KNI)
- new e1000/e1000e driver (called e1000 em)
- more features in drivers igb/ixgbe
This 1.3.1 drop includes all the patches from the contributors (Intel, 6WIND,
Vyatta, etc.); for the details, see the git's log.
